Dani Fake Webb Counseling

I’m glad you’re here. My name is Dani Fake Webb (yes, Fake is my real maiden name). 😉

I am a licensed therapist, group facilitator and life coach working to help people live more meaningful and fulfilled lives. In addition, I work with clients to help create improved life relationships (with partners, family members, colleagues, friends, and, most importantly, themselves).

Why Seek Therapy?

People seek therapy for a variety of reasons. It may be that you are wanting support, encouragement and tools to create a more fulfilling, meaningful life, or seeking to find your life’s purpose.

Others find themselves in problematic or very painful life situations.

Some are frustrated with certain relationships in their life, and others are struggling with confidence issues that prevent them from feeling whole and fulfilled.

Whatever your particular situation, know that many people struggle and many people seek help. I encourage you to take the courageous step to seek support and help.

Specific Issues Addressed by Counseling

I work with individuals and couples who may be experiencing a variety of life struggles, including:

  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Past physical, emotional and/or sexual abuse
  • Stress
  • Self-esteem issues
  • Relationship struggles
  • Life transitions
  • Divorce
  • Blended-family issues
  • Crisis or trauma
  • Grief and loss

If you find yourself in any of these situations, know that the support of a caring therapist can help. You do not have to go through the struggle alone. Feel free to contact me to explore your options. And if for some reason you and I are not a good fit, I can help connect you to someone who is.

Therapeutic Approach

My therapeutic approach is eclectic in nature drawing from relational, psychodynamic, existential, cognitive behavioral, and internal family system models. Additionally, my approach to couples therapy involves a blending of Imago Relationship therapy and internal family systems models. All of these therapies are well established and respected within the counseling profession.

Each of these approaches are simply tools in the counselor’s toolbox. Every client is, of course, treated as an individual. We will decide together on the best course of action to address your unique reason for seeking therapy.

I encourage you to contact me if you have any questions about anything you see here, counseling in general, or how I work specifically.

Until next time,

Dani Fake Webb
