Laughter.
I feel such relief that this is the topic today!!!! The past few days’ topics have felt “heavy” and have stirred me. Don’t get me wrong, they’ve been good topics, but they’ve caused me to go deep into myself.
I suppose that is the point of my challenge – to go deep and really wrestle with and take a stand on what you believe. So I am by no means complaining. But I am saying I LOVE that today’s topic feels so much lighter!! 
I believe that laughter can lighten even the most tense of situations.
I believe laughter is contagious.
I believe that getting control of tears-rolling-down-your-face kind of laughter is next to impossible.
I believe laughter is magic in its ability to shift our mindset and mood.
I believe laughter can have the same emotion release impact that a good cry can have.
Here’s a video to demonstrate point #2 above (it will do that or make you think I am insane.)

I believe that this song and scene from Mary Poppins is one of the greatest movie scenes ever made! I have loved it my whole life, and I ALWAYS LAUGH when I see it!
