Happy first day of summer!
As you enter into this season, I invite you to take a challenge with me….
Every day during the month of July, I will be posting either a written or video blog post about something that I believe. And I invite you to do the same, blogging about what you believe.
Why?
I believe that for each person to really settle into his or her Authentic Self, it is important to know what YOU believe. Not what you should believe. Not what you have been told. Not what the happy/successful/skinny/perfect people believe, but what you really believe.
In this world of information overload, it can be difficult to sort out what you believe from all the noise that exists.
Take a look at the two minute video above where I introduce the concept. Later this week, I will post another video message with the specifics of the challenge.

Just found you via Ronna Detrick. I am SO in. I have two blog posts I need to do between now and the first of July. I haven’t seen a challenge that piqued my interest as much as this one. I’m a couple of times a week poster – so every day will be a new challenge for me – as well as articulating what I believe. Can’t wait!

Hiya Dani… I likey! This sounds like a wonderful challenge… I’m going to stew on it until you post some more specifics, but I’m intrigued, and I think it would be a wonderful thing for me to do for me.
